Eggs baked with scallops
I offer simple, yet delicious dish for a holiday or for Breakfast after the holiday))). Instead of scallops, you can use crab meat or other seafood.

Ingredients

  • Scallop

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cognac

    4 tsp

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Parsley

  • Toast

    4 piece

The scallops and boil for 2 min.

Cut the boiled scallops.

Arrange the scallops in moulds greased with butter. Add to each form 1 tsp of cognac or brandy for flavor. If they ate the kids, the alcohol is not add.

Gently break into each mold one egg. Season with salt, pour cream (1 tbsp per serving). Sprinkle lightly with Cayenne pepper.

Put the ramekins on a baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 gr. With on for 10-15 minutes and bake to protein is coagulated, and the yolk remains soft. Ready molds remove from oven and garnish with parsley.
