Cooking
In a bowl, mix both kinds of flour, salt, sugar, add the chilled butter and mash with your hands into crumbs.
Add the egg, mix well. If the dough is bad going into the bowl, then add water.
The finished dough wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Roll out the dough between sheets of parchment, with a thickness of about 3-5 mm.
Cut the cookies using cookie cutter or just cut into squares. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
To prepare the soy sauce and brush.
Grease each cookie with soy sauce and sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top. Optionally, you can add more sesame seeds or black cumin. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 10-15 min.
