Salad with squid and iceberg
This salad I came up with myself, when I wanted to upgrade a little tried and tested warm salad of cod and potatoes. The effect was unexpected: a salad simultaneously light and hearty. Since cucumbers and iceberg easily fade with water, the salad is better not to add salt before serving, and for me, without salt actually tastes better

Ingredients

  • Cod

  • Potatoes

  • Lettuce

  • Cucumber

  • Mayonnaise

Prepare food in a ratio of 1:1

Cut the iceberg and cucumber julienne, cod and potatoes - as it will, all the same, they will get wrinkled while stirring.

Mayonnaise. Then be sure to pepper, salt optional. Ready.
