Description

Fish by Paris
A great recipe has long been living in our family. Fuss with it very much, and if unexpected guests called and said that there will be an hour and a half, it is possible to surprise them. At first it seems difficult, but if you repeatedly do - turns out, not so scary. The ingredients always have Thrifty housewife. Recipe taken from the book "French Recipes" ("Les recettes de la cuisine francaise")

Ingredients

  • Fish

    6 piece

  • Salt

    2.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Parsley

Cooking

step-0
Fillet of fish (I have tilapia banal) grate 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, put into molds
step-1
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry in it the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes
step-2
Without removing from heat, add flour, remaining salt and pepper and a thin stream pour the sour cream. Stir until thickened
step-3
The mixture is poured into molds and put the molds in previously well heated (up to 190 deg.) the oven for 30 minutes
step-4
Before serving to the table with a knife, separate the fish from the sides of the tins and gently spread on a plate. From top to sprinkle or adorn with parsley (I have it ended - replaced by celery). And that's all. Bon appetit!
