  • Chicken breast

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

Prepare the products.

Breast, cut into large julienne, shred the onion and garlic.

In butter fry the onion for about 5 minutes

To the onions add the meat and stir. The meat should turn white and extract the juice. Fry for about 3-5 minutes

Add herbes de Provence and garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes

Now it's time to add the cream and give the whole dish to warm up on slow heat for another 5-7 minutes.
