Lean chickpeas doughnuts
Offer You delicious Lenten doughnuts from the chickpeas. Useful, tasty. Not difficult to prepare. Serve with honey.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chickpeas must be soaked (preferably in the evening). Cook until fully cooked.

Kneading the dough I'll be using a food processor, in the bowl of a food processor to set the knife for cutting, place the chickpeas, flour, sesame, sugar, vegetable oil, add water. Good to scroll through, until a homogeneous dough. If the dough is too tight, needed to add water and stir. If you're kneading by hand, the chickpeas need to scroll in a blender or grinder, it needs to be like mashed potatoes. And knead enough dough, that it almost does not stick to hands.

Wet hands to form balls and roll in flour.

Into the cauldron pour oil, heat the oil and fry the donuts until Golden brown.
