Fish ROE in a cream sauce
Very quick to prepare dish, this is delicious... delicate taste of the ROE with sour cream and cheese. When I first made it my husband said: delicious julienne. I was very surprised. But then she noticed that this dish is really reminiscent of Julien. Notes ROE give the dish a mouthwatering taste is incomparable. See for yourself ;)

Ingredients

  • Fish ROE

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

Milt rinse under cold water. Cut into small pieces.

Onions clean from the husk and cut into small cubes.

Pour the onions into a heated pan with oil and fry until Golden brown.

Add Golden milk to the onions and fry 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sour cream, salt, pepper and simmer on slow fire for another 15-20 minutes.

Finely chop the dill (if you like other greens, it's your choice). Grate cheese on fine grater.

When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and greens.
