Cooking

step-0
Chicken fillet cut into thin plates. I tried in different ways, first marinated, then cut, but it's easier to cut slightly podorozhanie fillet and marinate, rather than Vice versa.
step-1
Make a marinade. For this mix in a Cup of Kikkoman soy sauce, honey and pepper.
step-2
Now in the prepared marinade, put the sliced fillet and leave for a while.
step-3
Peel and cut the potatoes thin slices. Fry in a pan until Golden brown in a small amount of vegetable oil.
step-4
Onions and carrots shinkuem and also fry until done. Whisk one egg in a bowl and prepare the brush.
step-5
All, all the components of our stizhok ready, begin to assemble. On a greased baking form (I split) put layers of chicken and brush with egg.
step-6
On top of the fillet, put a layer of potatoes, then onions and carrots and sprinkle with parsley.
step-7
From top to again close the fillet and brush with egg. So, alternately lay out all the layers, each layer of the chicken has a little hang, i.e. close to the potatoes and onions with the carrots, thus stored inside juiciness.
step-8
The final layer will fillet, well-lubricated with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
step-9
Bake in the oven, pre-heating it to 180 degrees, 40-45 minutes, then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes. In the end, we get a stizhok!
step-10
In the context of the dish turns out very beautiful! Well served with soy sauce Kikkoman, it gives a special piquancy. A dish from the category of what I call "two in one", just meat and garnish. Try it!!!
