Milk-Apple jelly
Jelly can be made from different berries and fruits, water or milk. I want to share with you a recipe very tasty and flavorful Apple beverage.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Wash the apples, peel, cut into slices. Add to the pot or saucepan, cover with boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.

Apples together with liquid to wipe through a sieve. A pot of Apple sauce put it on the fire.

In a glass of milk to dissolve the flour and, stirring constantly, pour the mixture into applesauce. Stirring, cook until thick and gradually add the remaining milk, add sugar, vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool. Serve cold with sour cream or whipped cream. You can also sprinkle with cinnamon, nuts or chocolate chips.
