Pork sausage, baked in dough
The sausage is obtained as if the inside of the bread. Cut a piece - and here's the finished sandwich. Very helpful in nature, and kids at school like to take these sandwiches. The sausage I have my own home. If You use store-bought sausage, you can use any cooked smoked. Very tasty in hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    400 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Yeast

    12 g

Cooking

Knead the flour with the oil at room temperature in the crumb mass.

To drive one egg, pour warm milk.

Add the salt, yeast and knead homogeneous smooth dough (if needed add some flour).

Cover with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for 1.5 - 2 hours.

Roll the dough into a long narrow reservoir on the size of sausages.

Wrap the sausage in the dough and stung the edge. The seam can be masked by a pigtail from the test.

Yolk mix with a teaspoon of water and brush to coat the dough.

Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30 minutes.
