Useful cake
This cake contains no fat, but it is a lot of fiber, so it can be eaten without harm to the figures and useful for the entire body.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1.5 cup

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Serum

    0.75 cup

  • Zucchini

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Apple

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.75 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Mix whole wheat flour with baking soda, ground cinnamon and cloves. If anyone doesn't like these herbs, you can replace them with a tablespoon of cocoa and a pinch of vanilla.

To grate carrots, zucchini, Apple. Add the serum.

Separately, beat egg whites with brown sugar. Sugar can take less, to your taste.

To connect fruit and vegetable mixture with the flour, gently stir in the beaten egg whites. The batter is not too thick, like for pancakes. If the zucchini or Apple was too juicy, you may need to flour a little more.

Put the dough in the form greased with oil. Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes depending on your oven. Baking is slightly vlazhnovatoy, like a real cake :)

Allow to cool and cut into squares. For this cake best suited the most simple lemon glaze (mix powdered sugar with lemon juice). You can just sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, or decorate with berries or fruit, or glue two cakes jams. And can be eaten just like that, without all these additives increase the calorie content. It is, of course, kind of homely, but useful – that's for sure!
