Cooking
Chop the chocolate into pieces.
The cherries soak for several hours in the liquor. Instead of liqueur, you can take juice. I left for the night.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and salt. If you have a simple flour (not self-raising), take 5 h l baking powder instead of 3. Butter cut into cubes and mix with flour into crumbs. Then add the chocolate and cherries. Mix well.
In the measuring vessel to pour 100ml of yogurt, beat in eggs, mix well. Now add milk to the level of 400ml. Whisk until smooth, pour into the flour and mix well. The dough will be like a very thick cream: thinner than scones, but thicker than the muffins.
Spread the dough on the molds for muffins - on 2\3 of the volume (I posted form paper cuffs). Bake at 180C for approximately 20-25 minutes until Golden and dry matches. Slightly cooled and enjoy. Taste like scones - but the shape is like the muffins!
A quick and tasty Breakfast on a day off is guaranteed. And besides, it is very convenient to take on nature as a sweet snack. And here razrezik:
