We all know that risotto is a traditional Italian rice dish that is usually prepared with meat, cheese or seafood. Sweet chocolate risotto stands out from the diversity of Italian cuisine with its unusual and delicate chocolate flavour.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients. Measure the rice, rinse it. In this dish I used white round grain rice ITALICA TM Mistral.
Put the rice in a saucepan, pour a glass of milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to the lowest possible value and cook the rice for about 20 minutes
Adding the remaining milk portions as they absorb the liquid until until the rice is very soft.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and, constantly stirring the rice, add to the pot butter, and chocolate. Cook the risotto for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until, until you melt all the chocolate.
Stir in powdered sugar and take the pan from the heat and add cinnamon and cream. Carefully stir the risotto, cover the pan and let stand a few minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add cinnamon and cream. Spread risotto on a dessert plate or in bowl and garnish with a serving of berries fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.
