Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 l

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    40 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

Pour the yogurt (room temperature!) in a saucepan or bowl. In Cup hot water dissolved gelatin, pomeshivat until translucent, allow to cool and, while stirring slowly, pour in the yogurt.

Whisk the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar added to the mass slowly stirring.

Pour into a container, preferably in separable form and in the fridge for 5-6 hours. After the dessert hardens, pour over the jelly, diluted according to instructions on the bag and in the fridge until firm. Hardens, dessert is ready. BON APPETIT!
