Oatmeal with peaches and apricot jam baked in the oven
We are all accustomed to oatmeal for Breakfast, what could be easier, but today I will show you the unusual option of cooking!!!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Vanilla

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Mint

Cooking

Mix cereal and walnuts (chopped).

Mix the oat mixture with apricot jam D arbo and put the mixture in an ovenproof baking dish. Put the cinnamon stick and scrape off the vanilla seeds.

Peach cut into cubes and add to oat mixture, mix well. Optionally, you can add 1 tsp of sugar, but I have not added and so sweet turned out.

Pour mixture of milk.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and browned. To serve garnish with peaches and mint. Bon appetit!!!
