Description
Yay! I found in the sale of a treasured jar of jam! And quite by accident)) so, low calorie dessert. Had a little trouble with the texture of the dough, but more about that in the recipe.

Cooking
Egg mix with cream cheese until smooth.
Pour oat bran. The recipe indicated 70-80g, 70g vsypav but I get a very stiff dough. Had plentifully moisten hands with water when forming the baskets. I also added a pinch of cinnamon – I love the combination of cherries and cinnamon.
The finished dough put into the refrigerator for 20min.
With wet hands, spread the dough on the molds. The layer should be thin – about 3mm. Bake at 180C for 25-30min.
For the mousse mix in a saucepan with the jam, juice and semolina.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5min. Allow to cool to room temperature.
The cooled mixture beat with a mixer at high speed. The mousse needs to brighten and increase in volume, become more airy and lush.
Mousse lay on the baskets. I'm at the bottom of the baskets down in the 2H. L. cherry jam. After standing in the refrigerator the mousse ceases to be fluid and begins to hold shape. But the pastry get soggy and not crunchy ( ( Top I put a fine mesh of dark chocolate (70% cocoa).
In my opinion, a bad choice for the mousse a base of bran – for it is more appropriate to the more dense and heavy stuffing, not so airy. And mousse I liked. I love cherries, so sugar was added to soak up the sour berries.
