Blueberry-apricot pudding
Very fast, very simple... But it's incredibly tasty, just an explosion of taste and freshness!!!

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam apricot

    4 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    300 g

  • Apricot

    6 piece

  • Crumb bread

    50 g

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Ice cream

To prepare the products. Blueberries to unfreeze. Oil in advance remove from the refrigerator so that it softened. Preheat the oven to 190*C.

Defrosted blueberries and apricots to lay out in a sieve to stack juice.

Apricots cut into small cubes. Mix the blueberries, apricots, sugar and jam.

Put the mixture in a refractory mold,

Cover with foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Mix by hand the bread crumbs with the oil at room temperature to a state oil-grain cereals.

Sprinkle fruit mixture

And bake for another 10 minutes, without covering with foil until the surface is browned. Cool.
