Cooking
In warm milk add yeast, add jam and cereal. Stir and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Then add the salt and flour and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more or less (it depends on its quality and humidity), but should not be too hard to "score" the dough with flour. At the end of the batch you want to add the melted butter.
A Cup with the dough cover and leave in a warm place. The dough should increase in volume twice.
Punch down the risen dough and form a loaf. It can be the baton, brick, Daisy... (form at your discretion) I made this.
Molded bread cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 20-25 minutes. Then brush the surface with milk and sprinkle with oatmeal.
Bake at 200 degrees 40-50 minutes (or be guided by your oven, you know her better)
