Dessert
We still have a cold, but I really want spring. And the best way to remember her is flowers, especially sun flowers such as daffodils.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    50 g

  • The food dye

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • White chocolate

    150 g

We will need molds (molds) of chocolate

If those are not available, you can use the form for baking small cupcakes paper molds for them, or tins of chocolates right size.

Chocolate melt in a water bath, add the dye and mix it to a uniform color.

In each mold put approximately one teaspoon of chocolate and spread it over the walls. Send in the freezer for 5 minutes.

On parchment paper draw the petals of a flower, to turn over the paper and paint the petals with chocolate. Send in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Whip the chilled cream, add lemon curd and mix well until smooth. I have a lemon Kurd purchase, but can be done yourself, there are a few recipes. For lovers of very sweet, I recommend adding to taste powdered sugar as the cream is not very sweet and sour.

To get out of the freezer cups. To shift the cream in a bag with a nozzle and fill the cups.

To get out of the freezer petals, flip them over and on the center of each flower to drip melted chocolate.

On top put the cups with the cream and send in the freezer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes dessert is ready. Enjoy!
