Pale currant Crostata
Crostata is an Italian open pie dough with various fillings. For such a pie as the filling, I chose the black currant jam. The highlight of my cake is that I made 2 layers of filling: one of cheese, another of black currant. Cheese soaked jam, and it turned out mouth-watering filling.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Jam

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

Cooking

In a bowl place the flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder. Mix everything.

Add the butter and chop into crumbs with the flour.

Add eggs. Knead the dough.

The dough put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the filling of cottage cheese.

Curd mix with egg and pinch of salt.

Take the dough out of the fridge. (Leaving a little pastry to decorate the pie). The dough spread in the form.

Spread on top layer of cheese.

The cheese spread jam. Decorate the pie with strips of dough. Put in the oven for 25-35 min.
