I have left a handful of pasta for soup, so not there, and not here they will not stick, so I decided to use them in a filling for pies :))) And here's what happened .... But it turned out surprisingly delicious !!! :)))

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    1 piece

  • Pasta

    1 handful

  • Sausage

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

1. Tomato cut into small cubes. Sausage cut into slices. Grate cheese on a large grater. Pasta, cheese, sausages, tomatoes sprinkled with Basil, salt and pepper. All mix well.

2. The filling spread on the dough.

3. Twist roll. The tip of the dough to moisten with water, so it stuck.

4. Cut the roll into 3 parts.

5. Fry both sides in sunflower oil until Golden brown.
