Description
Casserole for those who don't like regular fried zucchini. I also belong to such people, sometimes it seems that they (zucchini) wasn't cooked enough and felt the taste of raw vegetable. And then I found out. In order to make a tasty and tender courgettes - they need a good steaming in addition to roasting. The casserole turned out juicy, tender and succulent. Oh, and the taste of smoked oddly enough gives the usual sausage cheese. Come on in to see what happened;-)
