Casserole of spinach

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions and carrots cleaned, cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil. I still have to decorate "flowers".

Spinach wash, dry and coarsely chop. Spread into the pan, add salt, stir, put on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can take frozen spinach (my version).

Flour (1-2 tablespoons) diluted in milk to avoid lumps. Beat egg, add to milk mixture, mix well. Can also be salt.

In a heatproof baking dish (grease with butter) put the spinach with the carrots and onions. Cheese cut into small cubes and sprinkle on top.

Pour the egg-milk mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C, until cooked (about 30 minutes, but better focus on your oven, the original was 15 minutes).

The finished pudding out onto a plate, decorate as desired.
