French bread with rosemary
Softest and vozdushnyy bread, very flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2.25 cup

  • Yeast

    2.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Rosemary

    2 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Parmesan

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

In a baking dish fill the following ingredients: water, salt, sugar, oil, flour, yeast, 1 tsp. rosemary, Basil, thyme, oregano. Follow the instruction to your HP.

The "native" mode, the weight 500g, the crust as desired.

Before starting a cycle of baking mix, grated Parmesan cheese, dried garlic and 1 tsp rosemary. When the bread finally rises and starts to bake very carefully, so as not to damage the dome, pour on top of cheese mixture.

The result is so pretty :-) the Air, like a cloud, and very fragrant.
