The oven heated to 180 degrees. Molds for muffins and butter. Flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder, sift. And mix in a saucepan, melt broken chocolate, butter and sugar, pour the mixture into a bowl. Add sour cream, vanilla, salt and brandy, stir. Then, whisking at low speed with a mixer, add the eggs one by one then add the flour and stir on low speed.
Put the dough in molds, a little more than half. Bake until ready. The finished muffins just to get out of the tins, otherwise the bottom gets wet and it becomes humid. Cool muffins on the grill, optional cover with melted chocolate.
