Pizza
My men are very fond of hodgepodge. And the son, also, crazy about pizza. Any pizza a holiday for him. "Mom, something we haven't had pizza?" This means that three or four days... That came to my mind crazy idea to combine both dishes in one. So, it's a pizza bag.

Ingredients

  • Leeks

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Assorted meat

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Olives

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

The dough is a standard pizza: 200 g flour, 1/2 stack. milk, yeast, a piece the size of olives, 2 tbsp oil, a pinch of salt. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with the addition of 1/2 tsp of sugar. Sift flour, mix with salt and butter. Coming up to pour the yeast and knead. Put in a warm place to rise, covering the film. Onion cut into half rings, cucumber peel and cut into cubes, meat slices, pepper strips.
