Gelato
In the fridge for a long time without business stood a pack of cocktail Cappuccino. I decided to experiment and cook him an ice cream. In Italy Gelato is a traditional ice cream based on custard. And, despite the rather "strange" color, it turned out very tasty, with a rich aroma of coffee and cocoa.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Cappuccino

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    20 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

Cooking

Milkshake bring to the boil.

RUB the yolks with sugar.

Hot cocktail thin stream to enter into the yolk mass. Stir well, strain back into the saucepan and on low heat cook until lightly thickened (do not boil!!!!). Cool. Add the liqueur and beat well.

Separately whip the cream and stir it to the yolk mixture. Add the grated chocolate. To put it in the freezer or wide container and put in the freezer. Every 25-30 minutes to get it and beat well with a mixer until ice cream hardens completely.
