Chicken canadian
This recipe I brought back from Canada from my beloved mother. Last year for Christmas she made this wonderful chicken. I advise everyone to try. Canada is a gorgeous country, and the kitchen is just a miracle...

Ingredients

  • Fruit puree

    80 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken

    2.5 kg

  • Pita

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

To the chicken add salt, paprika, mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, soy sauce, baby puree, I cook it myself, but you can buy. I recommend to buy the "nanny" Apple without cream. But as I wrote, you can substitute honey, just put it in the last turn, when the chicken marinated.

Place the chicken on a baking tray, pre-greased. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at t 200 C. then remove foil and bake 25 minutes at t 175 p
