Description
Inexhaustible was my fantasy on the theme of "another way to use garbanzo bean burgers." Here is one of the most successful in my opinion variants. Gram cakes go perfectly with a variety of juicy and crispy greens, making the dish hearty and nutritious. In this salad they replace at the same time and chicken, and croutons.

Cooking
First duplicate the recipe here cakes of chickpea. Chickpeas soak overnight.
Grind the chickpeas in a blender. Potatoes peel and grate on a fine grater - so the weight appears fuller and the pieces do not fall. It is good to mix chickpeas and potatoes. Should be moist, soft paste, otherwise the cutlets will not be easy to shape. If you get too much liquid, you can add 1-2 tbsp of the sifted flour for adhesiveness. A good salt.
With wet hands shape patties. I baked them in the convection oven, so I put on the bars on the parchment. You can fry in a skillet in a small amount of vegetable oil under the lid, you can bake them in the oven. You can first a little bit to bake, so not a lot of "grabbed" and then fry in a skillet until crisp. If you overdry, you get a good cookies))
I baked it in the convection oven on all three racks at average fan speed at a temperature of 235 degrees for 15 minutes. Then changed patties bars with the bottom laid on top and Vice versa, turned to the other side and bake another 15 minutes. I have this time I got almost to the cookies)
Now back to the salad. In a bowl pour shredded iceberg lettuce. Put 4 notovich cutlets, cut into 4 pieces each.
Cut large slices of cucumber and tomatoes and also add them to a salad. Vegetable dressed with mayonnaise. Salt. You can season with any herbs. Instead of Mayo, season with olive oil with balsamic vinegar or use some other dressing that you prefer usually for "Caesar". All mix well.
For husband serve the salad with slices of boiled egg and sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
Here such here it turned out beautiful!
The salad was very fresh and light, crisp and juicy. All a pleasant appetite!
