Description
The recipe didn't come from me, pulled this out of a Spanish cooking magazine a decade ago. Interested me not so much the pudding itself, but the way of cooking: in a pressure cooker. I made everything according to recipe, tasted it, and then she himself made critical remarks, I will introduce you below.

Cooking
Apples are cleaned, cut and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cookies and nuts grind into crumbs.
Shred apples and mix with sugar.
We connect the two masses.
Add the yolks of the eggs, the liqueur, stir until a homogeneous mass. Protein whisk and combine with the ground.
A consistency get the pudding.
The form for pudding slush, fill the prepared mass, put on the grate of the cooker at the bottom of which pour 2 cups of water. Close the lid, bring to a boil and cook for 30 min.
Remove from heat, allow to cool, open the lid, flip the form with the pudding on a plate, decorate as desired. I poured the chocolate pudding.
The pudding turned out soft, juicy, with Apple taste. Now the critical comments: after all I like cooking in the oven in a water bath, it is better baked through, but if no oven, it is quite acceptable that way, just need to take a smaller shape so that the steam can circulate freely inside. About the recipe: in my opinion, it is better to grind not raw, but slightly stewed apples, and instead of crumbs from the cookie I would add monkey. In this case, the mass would get more loose and curvy. Maybe I'll make Apple pudding again, but with the adjustment, then see what happens.
