Cooking
First we need to prepare the saffron milk.
Quail lay in a deep bowl and pour saffron milk. Leave for 10 minutes.
Zucchini and eggplant cut into slices, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place on grill. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, and another 10 under the grill at the same temperature.
Prepared vegetables to put on the same plate, where we will be placing quail.
Quail fry in olive oil until Golden brown on all sides, and then 10 minutes to send in the oven (180 degrees).
Serve the quail with vegetables.
