Try to offer not the usual pancakes - I cook them kvas. Quick and tasty!

Cooking
In a bowl break the egg, add salt and sugar. Beat.
Pour into the bowl of the brew and mix all. I only use home brew, don't like the purchase...
Add to the bowl as much flour to get the dough Holodnoe. Put the dough hydrated soda. I think that you can repay soda kvass. Stir again.
In a pan, bake pancakes. Feeding rosy-cheeked, piping hot pancakes with jam, honey, sour cream - who likes what.
