Salmon in Cyprus
Don't know whether this recipe is to actually dishes "out there", but the book was listed that way. And it's VERY easy and VERY tasty!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    3 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Lemon

    3 piece

The recipe is so simple, that step is not required. Take the steak rinsed, stacked in the form (you can just prisolit), side carefully pour the cream on top of each piece of fish put a slice of lemon. Bake in the oven (about 200 degrees) for 30-40 minutes. That's the beauty of it. =) It turns out very juicy and tender, suitable for the festive table, and on "something tasty fish wanted". =)
