Calzone from Italy
In our family all love the pizza here so I decided to try to make this, turned out very tasty, juicy and interesting.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    2 pack

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 can

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Mozzarella

    375 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

  • Oregano

Cooking

Flour, yeast and 1/2 tbsp of salt, mix, add 100 ml. of oil and 1/4литра warm water. Knead the dough. Put in a warm place, cover with a towel

Mushrooms clean and cut. Fry in 1 tbsp. spoon butter divided in half the remaining onions with the garlic and half the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. The remaining half so as to fry. Cool.

Ham cut into strips, 1/3 of the mozzarella slices to cut, the rest cut into cubes. Mix the mushrooms, ham and mozzarella (diced). Dough divided into 2 parts. One part of the roll out, (oval 30 by 38 cm.) to Lay out on a baking sheet. The dough to grease our tomato sauce, leaving the edges. Spread the filling on top of sauce, grease the edges with water and cover the top with second half of dough, so the same Rosanne in the oval. The edges of the nail and allow to soak 10 min.
