Popular Portuguese dessert of Arab origin. A similar recipe has already been given on the website, http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/10660/, thank you very much Nadia for this! A my - this traditional Portuguese option with a special plum sauce. :-)

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Corn starch

    7 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    250 ml

Cooking

On low heat cook the milk, coconut milk, sugar and starch, stirring constantly until thick. Pour mixture into pre-moistened with water-the ring for cupcakes or gelatin. Give the mixture to cool, put in refrigerator for a few hours, after covering with clingfilm.

Cook the sauce. If prunes too dry, pre-soak in water. In a saucepan, boil the wine, sugar, cinnamon stick and prunes, stirring constantly.

until the sauce thickens.

Before serving, Mangar carefully removed from the mold, gently turn them over, cover with sauce, spread out around the plum.
