Cut fish fillets in small pieces. Then, beat the egg, season with salt to taste. Roll fish in egg, then in flour. Fry the fish in vegetable oil until tender.
I grilled the tilapia for 6-7 minutes on each side, maybe a little longer, because I love this crispy, Golden crust.
Next crumbled finely onions, a little fry in vegetable oil. Added the diced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and put out 5-6 minutes.
Then added olives, cut into slices and greens. All carefully mixed and removed from heat. Many olives do not use, that was not sour.
On plates place the fish and the sauce.
