Potatoes clean and cut not small pieces + mushrooms + sour cream + tomato sauce +salt + pepper + spices. Mix well.For potatoes best suited such spices and herbs: dill, Basil, chives, tarragon, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, coriander, hot pepper, sweet red pepper, mix curry, Khmeli-suneli.
Bake in the oven at t=200°C. When the potatoes are tender, top remove foil (if the mode "top-heat", then activate) and bake potatoes for another 3~5 min. before Browning.
