Description
This recipe I found in one of the Greek monasteries, where produce one of delicious dry red wines of Greece. And the whole secret of the cuisine is in this wine, which is called "Mavro Daphne".

Cooking
I used fresh language. Boiled for about an hour and the broth used in the recipe. You can take boiled language and a ready broth, which will significantly reduce cooking time. Prepare the language. Cleaned, cut into portions.
Stew the finely chopped onion until Golden brown in a little olive oil. Dobavlaet language and roast it on medium heat on all sides.
Extinguish with wine. After 5 minutes, when the alcohol has evaporated, add the broth, remaining oil and simmer 10-15 min.
Add Philadelphia cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. When the sauce has thickened (about 5-10 minutes), switch off and serve hot with garnish.
