The whole point of this marinade in the onions. The onion must be grated. So, I started to share the recipe for this very delicious for any carnivore dishes. Meat washed under running cold water and carefully dried with paper towels. To the onions add the vegetable oil (any You have on hand - I have olive), salt, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and spices. I always take on the market for ready mix for pork, but you can make it yourself, adding Your favorite spices, based on a mix of peppers, and another with pork "friendly" coriander, cumin, Basil, oregano, paprika and even juniper! In this mix we'll marinate our meat. The marinating time depends on Your ability. My options were small, the meat marinated for 40 minutes. Frankly, that was enough for him!

Put on the grill aerogrill, temperature of 235 degrees, the fan speed - medium, preparation time-25 minutes. If there is no convection oven - cook in the oven, but the temperature do not more than 180 degrees, otherwise you will burn. If for some reason the oven "kicked the bucket", cook in the pan, but not more than 5-6 minutes on each side. So many options!
