Cooking
Chicken liver cut into two halves, removing the fat. Roll in flour and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add 3/4 Cup of broth or water, tomato paste, salt, spices and simmer for another 5-7 minutes under the lid until ready. In the end, add a clove of garlic.
Until the liver is cooked, finely chop onion, carrot and pepper. And also simmer in a pan under a lid, adding a little water. This process takes about 10 minutes.
5-7 minutes to boil green peas. I have got a soft, quick-boiling.
Combine the liver with vegetables and spread on a plate. On the side we had boiled rice. But, in principle, in the liver this amount of vegetables that you can safely do without the garnish.
