A light soup with egg
Vegetable soup with egg, easy - in every sense of the word! Easy to prepare, bright in appearance and diet composition, this soup is great for those who are dieting, keeping fit or just tired of heavy meals. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009 by user Julia M called "Simple soup" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

To prepare the products. Put to boil water (about 1.5 liters). While the water heats up, the potatoes and carrots wash, peel. In boiling water, put green beans (not defrosting).

Cut the potatoes into cubes and rinse in cold water. Pour in a pot of boiling water.

Carrots cut into cubes or cubes. Add to the pot with potatoes.

Vegetables to boil for about 10-15 minutes. Salt.

In a separate bowl mix the egg and sour cream.

Stirring constantly, pour the egg mixture into the boiling soup. Finely chop fresh herbs, add it to the soup, simmer for 30 seconds and shut off.

Serve the soup with sour cream. Optionally, the dish you can add chopped fresh garlic.
