In a bowl, mix dry ingredients – sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder. Separately, mix well egg, yogurt, cheese, butter and lemon zest. Mix gently with the flour mixture – the mixture should be lumpy, but more or less mixed. Allow to stand on the table for 20 minutes for swelling of gluten flour. 3. Bake in vegetable oil on medium heat "up holes". Serve with jam, berries, fruit, sour cream.
