Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    4 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    25 ml

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

Dissolve yeast with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp flour and a small amount of warm milk. Put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, until cap.
