  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

Flakes fry in a dry pan until Golden brown. They will add a nutty touch to our candy.

Prunes and figs to soak in hot water for 5 minutes to dry out.

In the bowl of a food processor add the cereal and dried fruit. All grind. Then add the lemon juice, zest. Suggest lemon juice add gradually, tasting a lot on taste. Blend again. Weight should not be too homogeneous.

Wet hands formed into balls and roll in sifted cocoa. If You like sweeter or will entertain kids, then mix cocoa with powdered sugar. Ready candy to put on an hour in the refrigerator, then serve.
