Cookies with pumpkin flour
Enjoy delicious cookies an interesting green color. The colour is liver gives pumpkin flour. Cookies turns out tender, crumbly. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

    100 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Water

    85 ml

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Grind sugar with butter at room temperature

Add pumpkin flour, mix well. If You don't have pumpkin flour, you can use pumpkin seeds, you need them to grind into flour.

Add water, cinnamon, vanilla, soda (slaked vinegar) and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Add the flour and knead the dough.

If the dough is dry, crumbly and not going into a ball, then slowly add additional water and knead until then, until you like the texture of the dough. I had 85 ml of water.
