Description
My son went to school culinary competition Greek cuisine. In search of recipes, I turned to the friend who lived several years in Greece, and she shared this wonderful snack biscuits. The Greeks did not eat in the morning porridge (they don't even have such a word), the Greeks don't eat sandwiches - they like to have Breakfast and coffee with savoury biscuits. One of them and represent on your court - Lenten cookies from olives and orange juice.

Cooking
Here are our main ingredients, (but not all).
The olives are grind in a blender to a paste (we get 1/2 Cup of the pasta from the jar of olives).
Add the vegetable oil (I used olive, but you can replace refined sunflower odorless), orange juice, baking soda, salt, vinegar, oregano.
Add flour, knead the dough. The dough is similar to Pirozhkova, soft and pliable
Roll out with a rolling pin a cake thickness of 5-7 mm and cut the cookies with molds.
Gently lay out cookies on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Grease the cookies with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Without water the sesame will crumble. Put in oven and bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Cookies should not brown on top, it will be a bit greenish due to the green olives. Check the readiness, and then carefully remove and lay out on a plate. The Greeks prefer it with coffee. Bon appetit!
