Fish-and-vegetable-casserole
We have such casseroles, but my differs from others in that it has an unusual sauce. Read the recipe and cook!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    750 g

  • Broccoli

    500 g

  • Salt

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

Potatoes good wash and cook in boiling water for about 25 minutes. Drain, the potatoes cool, peel and cut into slices.

Broccoli, wash, cut into roses and cook in a little water for about 7 minutes. Then drain hot water and pour cold water. Give water to drain.

The oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius. Fish fillets wash, dry and cut into pieces.

Sour cream and mustard mix, season with salt and pepper. Fish, potato and broccoli mix and place in a baking dish, greased. On top spread sauce, sprinkle cheese.

Casserole put in the oven and bake until Golden brown approximately 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
