Cooking
We take a chicken, cut it up.
Salt, pepper, a little cinnamon roll, chopped garlic, coat the chicken on all sides. Then coat the entire chicken with vegetable oil.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil, put it on the chicken and sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
While the bird is roasting, peel onions, carrots, potatoes. Peeled vegetables cut: potatoes - not small strips, onion - half rings, carrots - straws. Then mix everything in the tank, salt, and pepper and stir again
Take out the chicken, put the vegetables around it, pour a little water and put into the oven for another 30 minutes
When ready, sprinkle with chopped greens. I usually take the green onions and parsley.
