We have a season of strawberries and cherries. Have the ability to cook a variety of delicious desserts. Here is one of those desserts I want to share with the cooks. It's a cheesecake on a shortcrust pastry, a filling of cottage cheese with fresh strawberries and cherries, and topped with creamy strawberry sauce. Help yourself, it's delicious!

Cooking
Sift the flour heaped in a large bowl. Pour on top of the sugar, baking soda, slaked lemon juice, vanilla sugar, put the butter cut into slices. Oil chop with a knife together with all products, add eggs. Quickly knead the dough with your hands until a homogeneous mass. Then the dough roll into a ball, cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour. This dough can be prepared beforehand and stored before baking in the fridge.
For cheesecake layer, beat the eggs with sugar to a froth, adding the vanilla sugar as desired and to taste. Then add the cheese and break good immersion blender, the mass was smooth with no lumps of curd or cottage cheese to wipe through a sieve (this is a more tedious process).
Whip the cream, add to the curd mass and mix everything. Layer of curd is ready.
To prepare a releasable form (I 26 cm), cover the bottom of a baking paper, grease with butter, sprinkle with flour, the excess flour to shake. Before baking the dough knead by hand and roll out to a thickness of 4-8 mm, since thicker layers of cookie dough baked bad. Put the dough shape, to form the sides, prick with a fork and bake in the oven at temperature 180 - 200 degrees until Golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool the cake in the baking pan.
While cools down the Foundation, let's do strawberries and cherries. Wash the berries, from cherries to remove the seeds, slice the strawberries on a plate. On cooled cake spread some cheese filling and top with berries. On top of the berries spread the remaining filling level. Send a cheesecake to be baked in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 60-80 minutes, watch your oven. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature and put into the fridge in the form of a covering with cling film for at least 8 hours.
The next day, carefully release cheesecake from the mould and entertained the relatives, friends and guests.
