The cake can be baked according to your favorite recipe or use my the link http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/122 917/. My turns a little, so if you bake a classic sponge cake, the cream and take 500 g. sugar 1 Cup. Sponge cake cut into 2 parts: one thin layer into the substrate, the second will be cut to pieces.
Prunes pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Dry it with a towel and cut into pieces. Add to the chopped biscuits.
Whisk sour cream with sugar. Coat with a little bit of the bottom cake.
A large part of the sour cream pour into sponge cake with prunes (reserve 2 tbsp).
Stir and spread on the bottom cake.
In the remaining sour cream if desired, add 1 tsp. cocoa and pour on top of cake.
Decorate, if desired, crushed nuts. And enjoy your tea! The cake is very tender, moist, moderately sweet, sour and a hint of nut!
